We develop and manufacture ballistic protection systems for government agencies, security services, and professional users. In doing so, we combine modern, high-performance materials with precision manufacturing, technical expertise, and rigorous quality control.

As a specialist manufacturer of ballistic protection systems and tactical equipment, Bock Industries combines state-of-the-art materials with precise manufacturing. At our site we develop and produce reliable solutions for government agencies, security services and professional users. As an agile company, our particular strength is flexibility: we cover the entire process, from the careful selection of raw materials to the fully assembled end product, and can therefore respond quickly and directly to customer-specific requirements.

Cooperation

Quality starts with the raw material. For our in-house manufacturing we source high-performance ballistic fibres and protective materials exclusively from carefully selected, certified technology partners such as Avient Protective Materials (Dyneema®), Solstice (formerly Honeywell) and Teijin Aramid. Processing and final assembly take place under our direct control. This gives us short, transparent supply chains and allows us to monitor every single manufacturing step without gaps.

Quality assurance and ballistic testing

When it comes to ballistic protection, there is no room for compromise. We take full responsibility for our products. Every batch from our production undergoes strict internal quality checks. To give our customers the highest possible level of safety and to have the protective performance of our products reliably verified under the defined test conditions, we have our protection systems tested and certified by independent test laboratories such as TNO, according to internationally established test standards and guidelines such as the VPAM test guidelines. On this basis we publish transparent data sheets for our products (including back face deformation values / BFD). We do not rely blindly on material data sheets; we put our own work through its paces.

The founder: hands-on expertise

Bock Industries is run by Jan Bock as managing owner. Holding proven expertise under German weapons law (arms dealer licence), he combines many years of industry experience with a sound technical understanding of the market.

His career is built on eight years of continuous work in the ammunition and arms trade. During this time he gained in-depth knowledge of ballistic protection solutions, ammunition types, material requirements and the regulatory framework of the government and civilian sectors.

Thanks to his long presence in the market, he has built a strong, reliable network of established manufacturers, suppliers and professional users. This direct exchange with practice ensures that the Bock Industries portfolio is aligned precisely with the technical requirements of real-world operations.
